Hi, I have an 8520 with a frozen screen. I cannot reset it, my screen is frozen after a down load. The curser is not moving nor is it charging, and there appears to be no signal either. I have tried the reset using alt, shift and del and it only restarts with the same stuck screen, I have taken the battery out and still nothing. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Sorry, but it sounds like you installed some type of virus, or the phone just crashed. Your best bet at this point is to contact Blackberry customer support or bring it to your service provider. Dependin on the severity, it may be time for a new phone.
